Omniyat Properties has announced it is committed to delivering all nine of its currently launched projects, worth over dhs13 billion ($3.53 billion).
The company added that it will deliver all the projects over three years, at the rate of three per year.  
“Omniyat Properties is confident of its ability to complete its launched projects following our decision to focus our valuable resources of time, people and money on delivering on time and in full,” Alex Andarakis, managing director of sales and marketing, told 7DAYS.
The firm said that the first three projects - ‘One Business Bay’, ‘Bayswater’ and ‘The Square’ - will be completed by April next year. ‘The Pad’, ‘Binary’ and ‘Gemini’ will be delivered by 2010 and the final batch, ‘The Octavian’, ‘The Opus’ and ‘Beachfront Living’ are on track for 2011
